On the free plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade after 5 imports per month. Your existing recipes and plans remain accessible—you just can't import new ones until next month or you upgrade.
Yes! Your import limit resets on the 1st of each month. Free users get 5 fresh imports, Pro users get 50.
