Your Content: You retain ownership of recipes and content you create. You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide the service.
Our Content: Doughflow's code, design, and branding are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Recipe parsing is performed by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-parsed recipes may contain errors. Always verify recipes before use, especially for critical ingredients, temperatures, and timing.
Free Tier: Limited features with no payment required.
Paid Tiers: If you subscribe to a paid plan:
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for damages from service interruptions.
Your use of Doughflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
By You: You may close your account at any time through account settings or our deletion endpoint.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@doughflow.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. Arbitration shall take place in California. You waive your right to a jury trial.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
